Our story
Why we started
Busy days: work, errands, plans with friends, then the gym. We lived in gymwear from morning to night, but most of it was itchy, uncomfortable and didn’t look right anywhere else.
We couldn’t find pieces soft enough to wear all day and polished enough for anywhere. So we asked ourselves: why not create it ourselves?
Meet the founders
Nina and Diana
Twin sisters Nina and Diana Javidi-Parsijani. Of Iranian heritage and raised in Norway, they’ve lived, studied and worked around the world, from Australia to Monaco, with backgrounds in luxury, fashion and retail.
Always on the move, and never wanting to plan a day around changing outfits, they built the wardrobe they couldn’t find.
The name
Why The Sporty Muse
Sporty is how we’ve always lived: the gym, walking instead of driving, staying on the move all day. It’s a way of living, not just a workout.
Muse is inspiration, and it can come from anywhere: a stranger in a great outfit, the person next to you pushing through a tough session, or our own mother.

Can I wear it outside the gym?
That’s the whole idea. Our pieces are minimal and flattering enough for errands, coffee, travel or a casual night out, and fully functional when it’s time to train.
What are your pieces made from?
Our tee, leggings and headband are 75% nylon and 25% spandex. The Duvet Puffer Jacket is 100% nylon.
Will the leggings stay up during a workout?
Yes. The non-slip waistband keeps them in place while you move, and gently cinches the waist for a flattering fit.
Will it keep its shape after washing?
Our pieces are designed to keep their shape, softness and quality even after many washes.
